Great advice, fantastic service, unbeatable value for money, every time!

Today I'd like to share with you a very nice fireplace that I bought from Holz & Forst. Our first fireplace was used and came into our house during the renovation phase. Our chimney sweep (justifiably) refused to inspect the new chimney connection because it didn't meet the new BimSch (German Federal Institute for Mining and Waste Management) regulations. So it was promptly sold to the owner of a garden shed. The second one was a 4.2 kW model from Bauhaus for around €600. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth any more. It was hard to start, and the ash drawer bent when emptied. After we took out all the walls on the ground floor, it was simply too small.

Finding a good price-performance ratio where I didn't have to pay for the showroom and the countless consultants wasn't that easy.

I found what I was looking for at Holz & Forst via eBay classifieds. After some great advice on the phone, "MY" Tri Vision with (adjustable) over 9 kW output was delivered by a freight company. Unfortunately, they hadn't treated it properly, and it arrived with broken windows. So I returned it and spoke quickly with the friendly consultant at Holz & Forst, who apologized very kindly and sent out a new one. I then had it professionally installed myself with an outside air connection (pictures attached), approved by the chimney sweep without any problems, and it's been giving us so much joy ever since!

We are often asked about this valuable piece of jewelry; the workmanship is superb, the quality is impressive, the ash drawer weighs an estimated 5 kg...it definitely won't bend.

Conclusion: Great advice, great service, unbeatable price-performance ratio, again and again!
